Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of business process specialists to drive operational excellence and achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze existing business processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to develop and refine sales enablement tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage project lifecycles for new process implementations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between sales, finance, and support departments to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational issues using a data-driven approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Process Management, or a similar operational role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable process improvements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Experience in the Information & Communication Technology sector is highly preferred.
