Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new system solutions and process enhancements.
- Configure and maintain ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing operations and reporting tools.
- Conduct data analysis and create comprehensive reports to drive decision-making and support business planning.
- Lead process improvement projects from conception to execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users, acting as the primary point of contact for business system inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and business process management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
