As a Program Management Executive, you will oversee the full lifecycle of business programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end business and program execution from planning through to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management or business operations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
