- Lead end-to-end program execution across cross-functional V-teams in the Central Region
- Develop and implement strategic program roadmaps aligned with regional business objectives
- Optimize resource allocation and stakeholder communication across technical and commercial domains
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery and innovation
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure program success and ROI
- Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks
- Foster collaboration between engineering, product, and commercial teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of program management experience in technology-driven environments
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and program governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Certified Program Manager (PgMP) or PMP designation required
- Experience working with cloud technologies and enterprise-scale projects
