Tanggung Jawab
- Support Head of Department and Project Manager in planning and executing change management initiatives
- Lead implementation of organizational changes across ICT systems and processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and progress reports
- Facilitate stakeholder communications to drive adoption of new initiatives
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management or business analysis experience
- Proven track record in change management implementations
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ICT industry preferred
- Professional certification (PMP/PRINCE2) advantageous
