Tanggung Jawab
- Lead business development initiatives to secure new industrial project opportunities in the Malaysian market.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial tender and proposal development to successful commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure profitability and quality delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt business strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial project management or consultancy.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to manage client portfolios effectively.
- Excellent proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and AutoCAD/BIM.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
