Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for consumer lending initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and process optimization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and roadblocks effectively.
- Ensure all lending products adhere to internal governance and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive product adoption strategies.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align business strategies with technical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or project management within fintech or consumer lending.
- Strong understanding of secured and unsecured lending products.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in the Singapore financial services market is highly preferred.
