In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex trust portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth in our trust and investment management services.
As a Senior Trust Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our trust operations while providing expert advisory services to our diverse clientele. This position is ideal for candidates who possess a deep understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, capital markets, and Philippine banking regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize investment strategies and safeguard institutional assets, contributing directly to the financial stability of the nation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of trust and investment management accounts in accordance with BSP regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic investment plans tailored to client goals and risk profiles.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and market research to support investment decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, fiduciary laws, and BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular, data-driven reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with legal, audit, and compliance departments to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert for trust-related queries and provide advisory support to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a distinct advantage).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in trust management, fund management, or corporate banking.
- Strong technical proficiency in trust accounting systems and financial modeling software.
- Deep knowledge of Philippine banking laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and the Trust Entities Act.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or Trust Operations Officer certification) are highly preferred.
