We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to focus on Indirect Spend categories, ensuring operational excellence and strategic cost management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for various indirect spend categories, including IT services, professional services, and facility management.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable commercial terms, risk mitigation, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform market analysis and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal business stakeholders to ensure alignment with procurement policies.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, procurement internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and performance metrics for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of indirect procurement categories and supply chain best practices.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
