We're seeking a dynamic Business Project Manager specializing in Consumer Lending to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our digital banking ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional projects that bridge technology, finance, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with product teams to launch consumer lending products that meet market demands and compliance standards, ensuring seamless integration with our existing payment infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for consumer lending initiatives, from conception to launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and marketing
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and project performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for lending product deployments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record in consumer lending or digital payment projects
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Deep understanding of Singapore's financial regulatory landscape
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
