- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, investors, and key decision-makers in Jakarta's real estate sector
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinate property tours, presentations, and contract negotiations for B2B transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
- Prepare detailed proposals and reports on market trends and client requirements
- Organize networking events and industry conferences to enhance corporate partnerships
- Track sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record in building corporate client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with commercial property transactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
