In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and our showroom partners, ensuring that our Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) strategies are executed with excellence.

We are looking for an individual who excels in relationship building, negotiation, and strategic business development. You will be instrumental in driving volume, maintaining brand presence within showrooms, and ensuring that our financing solutions provide maximum value to our partners and their customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and new showroom partners.
  • Implement and monitor Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for showrooms to resolve operational challenges and facilitate smooth transaction flows.
  • Achieve individual and branch-wide sales targets by effectively promoting BFI Finance products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for branch growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, transaction volume, and market feedback for branch management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in every partner interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business Administration, or Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willing to be based in or travel within the Bintaro and surrounding areas.
  • High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a proactive mindset.
