As the primary liaison between BFI Finance and showroom stakeholders, you'll cultivate trust, align business objectives, and implement strategies that maximize sales potential. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with showroom partners to drive mutual growth
- Oversee Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) processes to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor showroom performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between showrooms and internal departments
- Identify business development opportunities and propose partnership enhancements
- Conduct regular showroom visits to address concerns and strengthen collaboration
- Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership performance and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
- Proven track record in managing showroom or dealership partnerships
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of financial services industry regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
