Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new potential customers to expand our business footprint.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic business partners to ensure retention.
- Actively monitor and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities in the financial sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Execute daily sales activities and strategic marketing initiatives to meet or exceed individual and team monthly targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance and sales pipeline health for management review.
- Provide expert product consultation to clients, offering solutions that align with their financial needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess a deep understanding of local financial products and customer service excellence.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle are preferred for client engagement purposes.
