Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers through agency and direct selling channels for cash loans with certificate collateral
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately according to company policies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of loan products, financial regulations, and collateral requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business applications
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for field visits)
