BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Relationship Officer to join our Depok branch team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our SHM (Surat Hak Milik) product sales while building lasting client relationships in Jakarta's growing property market. You'll be instrumental in connecting clients with tailored financing solutions that support their property ownership dreams, contributing directly to BFI's mission of making financial services accessible to all Indonesians.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs
- Actively promote and sell SHM property ownership products
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present customized loan proposals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (S1)
- No current employment contract with other companies
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (financial services preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Willingness to work in Depok branch location
- Results-oriented with achievement-driven mindset
