- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for automotive and transportation products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor team performance and provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and sales techniques

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in automotive or transportation industry preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strategic planning and business development experience
