Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and demand.
- Actively scout and open new market segments to broaden our distribution footprint.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key retail outlets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Execute penetration strategies to increase market share in both existing and new geographical areas.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment between sales objectives and supply chain capacity.
- Provide training and support to retail partners to ensure optimal brand representation and end-seller performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, trade marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction or consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into sales growth.
- Proven track record in managing distribution networks and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of mobility and flexibility to conduct field visits within the Jakarta area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
