In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential business partners. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads within the target market.
- Execute cold calling and outreach strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Track sales performance and manage customer data accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet monthly targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
