Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze site performance metrics and operational data to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for management highlighting key business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement site optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular field or digital site audits to ensure compliance with company operational standards.
- Monitor competitive landscape trends and provide actionable market research insights.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new site acquisitions or existing site improvements.
- Maintain database integrity and ensure accurate documentation of all analytical findings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, site operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) and business intelligence software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
