Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and functional requirements documents.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Demand and Supply system projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
