Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current demand and supply system processes to identify areas for performance optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements for system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.
- Perform rigorous system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business standards prior to deployment.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding new system implementations and procedural changes.
- Maintain documentation for all system configurations, workflows, and analytical insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a supply chain operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
- Deep understanding of demand and supply planning processes within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to bridge the communication gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
