Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development team to achieve and surpass KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the Banten region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and corporate partners.
- Monitor daily business operations and sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of department staff.
- Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and the overall company brand and service standards.
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or senior business development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the local Tangerang market and business landscape.
