PT Bahtera Bumi Raya is seeking an experienced Business Supervisor to lead our commercial operations and drive strategic growth in the mining, natural resources, and energy sector. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader capable of overseeing commercial activities, managing complex business negotiations, optimizing contract management, and streamlining supply chain operations. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence while ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
As a key member of our executive team, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, build stakeholder relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with proven leadership experience in resource-based industries. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead commercial activities including market analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization
- Manage complex business negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Oversee contract lifecycle management from drafting to renewal and compliance
- Optimize supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare executive performance reports
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the energy sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial management or business development
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supply chain optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's mining, natural resources, and energy sector
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
