In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Control Tower operations, ensuring that commercial activities and freight reporting run with maximum efficiency.

As our Business Support Assistant, you will act as a key liaison in the supply chain process, providing critical freight rate quotations and managing operational data. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and provide accurate freight rates for spot quotations to support commercial team goals.
  • Perform daily operational reporting to track performance and identify trends within the Control Tower.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Maintain high data integrity standards across all logistics management systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular business performance reviews and operational summaries.
  • Support the operational team in resolving discrepancies in shipping documentation.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
