Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within SLAs
- Act as primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance partner programs
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements and process optimizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or partner management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
