Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Key Accounts commercial team.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and management of sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, account activity, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including operations and finance, to ensure the timely delivery of logistics services.
  • Support the resolution of client inquiries and operational issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Participate in regular business reviews and strategy meetings to align support efforts with organizational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service within a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding concepts is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a proactive problem-solving attitude.
