Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and define system objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, automation, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with IT developers and technical staff to ensure accurate implementation of system features.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking to ensure final solutions meet business expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, wireframes, and system documentation for the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on system capabilities to provide training and support to end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio) and experience with project management tools.
- Experience with SQL and database querying is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
