In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the excellence of our internal systems and software solutions. As an on-site Business System Analyst, you will not just document processes; you will act as a key translator between our operational teams and our technical developers. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new and existing software systems.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to guide development teams.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet established business criteria.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT departments to resolve system conflicts and process bottlenecks.
- Perform gap analysis on existing systems to recommend improvements and scalability solutions.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new system features.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Visio, Confluence, or JIRA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to work on-site and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
