Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Develop training materials and support end-user adoption of new systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems implementation
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) preferred
