Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with digital product managers, business system owners, and end users to capture comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications
- Conduct detailed system analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business operations and enhance overall efficiency
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional requirements, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions and identify potential risks
- Support system testing activities including UAT planning, test case development, and acceptance testing verification
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users while continuously monitoring system performance and identifying enhancement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an IT environment
- Proven experience working with digital product managers and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
- Strong proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering techniques, and system documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks, and modern business analysis tools and techniques
- Willingness to work on a nightshift schedule with flexibility for occasional adjustments based on project requirements
