Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect end-to-end business systems, focusing on CRM integrations and automated workflows.
- Analyze existing operational bottlenecks and engineer scalable technical solutions to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into technical documentation and system architecture.
- Manage the lifecycle of CRM platforms and ensure seamless data synchronization across all enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement robust automation strategies to minimize manual intervention in daily operations.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure security, performance, and scalability across the organization's tech stack.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding system capabilities and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in system architecture, business process management, or CRM administration.
- Expertise in designing automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or native CRM automation engines.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and their integration capabilities.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to software architecture and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
