Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new government procurement projects within the education sector through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Manage full project lifecycle from proposal development to contract negotiation and implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and educational institutions
- Analyze government procurement regulations and compliance requirements to ensure project alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting government specifications
- Track and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reporting for government stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2G sales or government procurement processes
- Deep understanding of Indonesian government procurement regulations (LKPP)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of managing complex projects from acquisition to delivery
- Experience in the education sector or public infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation and presentations
