Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate process improvement workshops to identify bottlenecks and operational redundancies.
- Assist business owners in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Conduct thorough business impact analyses to forecast the outcome of proposed process changes.
- Manage the lifecycle of transformation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies into existing workflows.
- Act as a change management advocate, supporting teams through organizational shifts and new system adoption.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate strategy progress and value realization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process optimization frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setup while maintaining high levels of autonomy and productivity.
