- Lead strategic business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities for interconnect technology solutions
- Prepare, submit, and manage RFQ responses with high success rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor business unit performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development or executive roles within manufacturing
- Proven expertise in RFQ preparation, submission, and contract negotiation processes
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Deep understanding of interconnect technology, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
