- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the Switchgear division to achieve growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and technical professionals
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion in industrial and energy sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to maximize profitability
- Report on business performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical equipment industry with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in managing switchgear or similar high-voltage product lines
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and P&L management skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian industrial market and regulatory landscape
- Expertise in team leadership, talent development, and change management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages considered advantage
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with adaptability to market shifts
