- Develop and execute comprehensive business unit strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize supply chain operations and inventory management for maximum efficiency
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders
- Drive product innovation and new market penetration initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Prepare detailed business reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years FMCG industry experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in Sarawak market
- Strong leadership capabilities with team management experience
- Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and financial management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in business analytics tools and ERP systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
