As a Busser, you are the backbone of our dining experience. Your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless transition during their meal. Tanggung Jawab
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service for incoming guests.
- Assist waitstaff with refilling water, clearing dishes, and organizing cutlery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including floors, menus, and side stations.
- Polishing glassware and silverware to meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Support kitchen runners during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely according to company health and safety protocols.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned by the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods during shift.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Must be able to commit to the full 1-month contract duration.
