Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized butler services including meal preparation, beverage service, and guest assistance
- Manage villa operations including inventory control, staff coordination, and maintenance oversight
- Anticipate guest needs through proactive service delivery and preference tracking
- Ensure impeccable presentation and cleanliness of all guest areas and facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests discreetly and efficiently, including transportation arrangements
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and maintain professional discretion
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality or butler experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual ability
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and local attractions
- Professional appearance and service-oriented demeanor
