Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized service including room preparation, dining arrangements, and special occasion coordination
- Manage household inventories, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships
- Anticipate guest needs through proactive communication and observation
- Coordinate with villa staff to ensure flawless daily operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions
- Assist with event planning and emergency response protocols
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality or private service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
- Strong knowledge of etiquette protocols and cultural sensitivity
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean driving license preferred
- Valid work permits for Indonesia
