- Provide personalized, anticipatory service to guests including managing schedules, preferences, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Oversee preparation and presentation of guest accommodations and facilities to luxury standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain detailed communication logs
- Execute special arrangements including reservations, transportation, and event coordination
- Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions and property operations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural insights
- Continuously refine service protocols based on guest feedback and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of luxury butler or high-end hospitality service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive solutions
- Expertise in managing complex schedules and coordinating multiple service departments
- Impeccable attention to detail with a keen eye for presentation and service standards
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive guest information and situations
