As a Butler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $2,500 – $3,000 per month, inclusive of shift allowances, for a 5-day work week with a rotating shift schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and efficiency at all times.
- Manage household operations, including managing inventory of household linens, provisions, and amenities to ensure nothing runs out.
- Prepare and serve morning coffee, afternoon tea, and light refreshments according to established standards and specific dietary requirements.
- Handle all laundry and ironing duties, ensuring all garments are returned in pristine condition and folded neatly.
- Maintain a pristine and organized living environment, including cleaning pantries, storage areas, and common rooms.
- Coordinate with other domestic staff members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Handle special requests and events, such as organizing private dining experiences or assisting with travel arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a similar butler or housekeeping role within a luxury residential or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds politely.
- High level of grooming standards and professional appearance that aligns with luxury service expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, due to the rotating shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage household logistics effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen maintenance is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Valid medical certificate and willingness to undergo a background check for security clearance.
