- Provide personalized, high-standard service to guests, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, room arrangements, and special requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Maintain a pristine and organized environment in guest corridors, suites, and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times while maintaining professional grooming standards.
- Manage small VIP amenities and organize in-room dining or turndown services as required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or luxury service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they are asked.
- A valid ID card and the ability to work under a contract agreement.
