Presided over by a sacred stone tiger, Amandari was designed after a traditional Balinese village. As a Butler, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and deeply memorable. You will blend intuition with discretion, managing everything from intricate room preferences to curated excursions into the heart of Ubud.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide intuitive, personalized butler service to guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate guest needs before they arise, including packing/unpacking services, meal arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Maintain the highest standards of room aesthetics and cleanliness, ensuring a 'home away from home' atmosphere.
- Serve as a local concierge, providing expert recommendations on Balinese culture, art, dining, and nature excursions.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front office, housekeeping, and culinary teams to ensure impeccable service delivery.
- Handle special requests and guest concerns with grace, diplomacy, and immediate problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure future stays are even more personalized.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-end luxury hotel or resort, preferably as a Butler or Guest Relations Officer.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and an eye for meticulous detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport with international guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
