Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and pool decks to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Manage room preparation, including making beds, restocking amenities, and arranging linens.
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting arrivals, assisting with luggage, and offering local recommendations.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Assist with daily villa operations, such as organizing supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, butler services, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light objects.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage for interacting with international guests.
