Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, high-touch service to guests, anticipating their needs before they arise.
- Manage guest itineraries, including reservation management, scheduling, and special requests.
- Assist with travel arrangements, transportation logistics, and local recommendations within Bali.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest quarters and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations during stays.
- Handle special requests and surprise gestures to enhance the overall luxury guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private villa, or concierge role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Valid driver's license is highly desirable for local travel assistance.
