Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-touch, personalized service to guests, anticipating needs before they are requested.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests at Balique Restaurant, ensuring seamless communication and service flow.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance within the service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu, beverage pairings, and the historical background of Balique Restaurant to enhance the guest experience.
- Resolve any guest complaints or service lapses promptly and gracefully.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or Senior Server in a 4 or 5-star hotel/fine-dining restaurant.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and hospitable demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of international service standards and luxury hospitality protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
