- Provide intuitive and personalized butler services to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks to ensure the property meets ultra-luxury cleanliness standards.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures with professional, welcoming, and efficient protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs, ranging from dietary preferences to local activity recommendations.
- Maintain property inventory and ensure all guest amenities are stocked and refreshed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve requests with total discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the internal service team to maintain a seamless operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a butler, villa attendant, or high-end hospitality role.
- Strong command of English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
