Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing all living areas and guest rooms.
- Provide exceptional butler services, such as greeting guests upon arrival, serving meals and beverages, and managing guest amenities.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens to ensure the villa is always fully stocked.
- Ensure the villa environment is safe, secure, and welcoming for all residents and visitors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and adhere to operational schedules.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages with a polite and helpful demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in villa management, hospitality, or housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Physically fit and able to perform the demands of the role, including lifting and moving furniture or heavy items.
