- Welcoming guests warmly and providing personalized, high-touch service in a lounge or VIP setting.
- Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, ensuring presentation is impeccable.
- Maintaining a pristine and organized environment, including polishing glassware and arranging seating.
- Anticipating guest needs before they are expressed and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Monitoring inventory levels of linens, silverware, and refreshments.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a similar service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in hospitality management is preferred.
- Punctuality and strict adherence to professional grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of mixology or fine dining service is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with international guests.
